Please wait for Lady’s Avenue to confirm your order (through PM and SMS) within 24 hours as to availability of the product. Once confirmed, there shall be no cancelling of orders. Confirmed order form means you are certain in making transactions with us.
2. Full amount shall be satisfied within three business days (Mon-Fri, except holidays) after the reservation is confirmed. If not, you allow Lady’s Avenue to consider yourself as a bogus buyer.
However, if through meeting up, the customer has the option to pay Cash On Delivery.
3. Once full payment is confirmed / received, the product is sent outright.

2. Please entrust on us at least the 70% of the total price (Price of product + shipping fee) by cut-off date as down payment. This also includes those orders with Meet up as Mode of delivery. Without doing so, your reservation shall never be honored.
3. The customer will be notified once the product becomes available. Within three business days, full payment must be settled. If meet up, the balance may be settled by the time of meet up.
4. If you have failed to settle the balance within three days or at least make arrangements with us, this permits Lady’s Avenue to forfeit you down payment / reservation fee for the damages.
5. Once full payment is confirmed / received, the product is sent outright.
